制备一系列不同核壳质量比(以下简称核壳比)的β@SBA-15复合分子筛,并对复合分子筛壳层材料进行酸性位的构建,以构建酸性位后的β@AlSBA-15复合分子筛为主要裂化组分制备催化剂,考察复合分子筛核壳比对催化剂加氢裂化性能的影响,并在200 mL固定床反应装置上对催化剂进行性能评价。结果表明:β@SBA-15复合分子筛的最佳核壳比为6∶4,高核壳比合成的复合分子筛核壳结构不完整,低核壳比会导致合成的复合分子筛分相严重。以中东减压蜡油为原料,在相近转化率条件下,当核壳比为6∶4时,催化剂的加氢裂化性能最优,中间馏分油选择性最高(84.9%),航空煤油馏分冰点和柴油馏分凝点最低,分别为-61,-5 ℃。
Abstract:
A series of β@ SBA-15 composite zeolites with different mass ratio of shell to core(hereinafter referred to as core-shell ratio) were prepared, and the acidic sites were constructed in the shell material. After acidic sites were constructed, β@AlSBA-15 composite zeolite was used as the main cracking component to prepare catalyst, and the effect of the core-shell ratio of the composite zeolite on the hydrocracking performance of the catalyst was investigated on 200 mL fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the optimal core-shell ratio for composite zeolite was 6∶4. A high core-shell ratio could result in incomplete core-shell structure, while a low core-shell ratio could lead to separated phase. Under similar conversion rate conditions with Middle East vacuum gas oil as raw material, the β@SBA-15 composite zeolite with a core-shell ratio of 6∶4 showed the best hydrocracking performance,the highest selectivity to middle distillate oil (84.9%), the lowest freezing point of jet oil and the lowest freezing point of diesel at -61 ℃ and -5 ℃ respectively.
