摘要:
对中国石油独山子石化公司高密度聚乙烯装置反应器、淤浆泵、袋式过滤器、低压闪蒸罐等结块的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。结果表明:各系统结块与原料中杂质、催化剂活性、产品粒度等相关,通过采取控制原料中杂质,优化转产操作,提高检修质量等措施,可使高压闪蒸过滤器滤袋更换周期由最短7 d延长到3个月以上;反应器检修周期由1 a延长至2 a;双峰高密度聚乙烯生产时间由15 d延长至45 d。
Abstract:
The reasons for the agglomation of high-density polyethylene reactors, slurry pumps, bag filters, low-pressure flash steam tanks, etc, of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina,were analysed, and optimization measures were put forward. The results showed that the agglomeration of each system was related to the impurities in the raw material, the activity of the catalyst, the particle size of the product, etc. By controlling impurities in raw materials, optimizing production transfer operation, improving maintenance quality and other measures, the replacement cycle of high-pressure flash filter bag could be extended from the shortest 7 d to more than 3 months; the reactor maintenance period was extended from 1 a to 2 a; production time of bimodal high density polyethylene was extended from 15 d to 45 d.
