摘要:
在中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司22 万t/a催化裂解(DCC)装置上进行了重整碳五油回炼的工业试验。结果表明:回炼过程中装置运行稳定,在提升管出口温度为620 ℃的条件下,重整碳五油转化率为42.90%,其中纯碳五转化率为25.65%;回炼重整碳五油后,DCC装置干气中的乙烯体积分数增加了0.55个百分点,丙烯收率增加了0.12个百分点。
Abstract:
The industrial test of refining reformed C5 oil recycle was carried out in a 220 kt/a deep catalytic cracking (DCC) unit of Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC. The results showed that the unit ran stably during the refining process, under the condition of the outlet temperature of the riser at 620 ℃, the conversion rate of reformed C5 oil was 42.90%, of which the conversion rate of pure C5 oil was 25.65%. After refining reformed C5 oil, the ethylene volume fraction in dry gas of DCC unit increased by 0.55 percentage point, and the propylene yield increased by 0.12 percentage point.
