采用中国石油兰州石化公司ZSM-5分子筛生产装置的含氨氮滤液、纯铵盐溶液对ZSM-5分子筛浆液进行交换,分别得到了HZSM-5-L分子筛、HZSM-5-A分子筛,利用X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积和孔径分布测定仪对交换后的ZSM-5分子筛进行表征,并对2种分子筛制备催化剂的催化性能进行评价。结果表明:采用含氨氮滤液作为交换液,可以得到相对结晶度为93%,Na2O质量分数为0.22%,总比表面积为362.84 m2/g的合格分子筛产品;以催化裂化装置原料油为评价原料,采用HZSM-5-L制备的催化剂总液体收率较HZSM-5-A制备的催化剂高0.19个百分点,焦炭产率低0.32个百分点,二者的丙烯产率基本相当;采用含氨氮滤液不仅可降低ZSM-5分子筛生产成本,而且可减少氨氮处理费用。

The HZSM-5-L zeolite and the HZSM-5-A zeolite were obtained by exchanging with ammonia nitrogen filtrate and pure ammonium salt solution from Lanzhou Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,respectively. The ZSM-5 zeolite was characterized by X-ray diffractometer,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,specific surface and aperture distribution meter, and the catalytic performance of the catalysts prepared by the two zeolites was evaluated. The results showed that qualified zeolite products with relative crystallinity of 93%,mass fraction of Na2O of 0.22% and total specific surface area of 362.84 m2/g could be obtained by using ammonia nitrogen containing filtrate as exchange solution. Taking the catalytic cracking raw oil as the evaluation raw material,the total liquid yield of the catalyst prepared by HZSM-5-L was 0.19 percentage points higher than that prepared by HZSM-5-A,the coke yield was 0.32 percentage points lower,and the propylene yield was basically the same. This could not only reduce the production cost of ZSM-5 zeolite,but also reduce the cost of ammonia-nitrogen treatment.
