介绍了加氢催化剂PHK-102在广东石化有限责任公司120万t/a航空煤油加氢装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:在进料负荷为100%,操作压力为7.15 MPa,平均反应温度为300 ℃,氢油体积比为220的条件下,硫、碱性氮、硫醇硫的脱除率依次为99.97%,95.83%,96.72%;与航空煤油加氢装置原料相比,航空煤油产品烟点提高了3.55 mm,芳烃体积分数降低了7.3个百分点,航空煤油产品的各项指标均能达到3#喷气燃料的标准要求。

The industrial application of hydrogenation catalyst PHK-102 in the 1.2 Mt/a aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit of Guangdong Petrochemical Co Ltd, was introduced. The results showed that under the conditions of feed load 100%, operating pressure 7.15 MPa, average reaction temperature 300 ℃, and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 220, the removal rates of sulfur, basic nitrogen, and mercaptan sulfur was 99.97%, 95.83%, and 96.72% respectively. Compared with the raw materials of the aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit, the smoke point of the aviation kerosene product increased by 3.55 mm, the volume fraction of aromatics decreased by 7.3 percentage points, and all indicators of the aviation kerosene product could meet the standard requirements of No. 3 jet fuel.
