摘要:
在中国石油兰州石化公司15万t/a的乳聚丁苯橡胶(SBR)生产装置中,通过工业试生产,验证了SBR 1586结合苯乙烯质量分数和门尼黏度的调控规律,优化了凝聚干燥工艺,并开发出在线切换技术。结果表明:在工业试生产中,采用优化后的技术,在丁二烯/苯乙烯(质量比)为53∶47的条件下,SBR 1586结合苯乙烯质量分数为40.5%;当调节剂叔十二碳硫醇用量为15.0~15.5份(质量)时,产品门尼黏度控制在61.0~63.0。与SBR 1500 E相比,SBR 1586平均结合苯乙烯质量分数提高了17.0个百分点,平均门尼黏度提高了9.8个单位,300%定伸应力明显上升,扯断伸长率降低,挥发分质量分数略有提高。
Abstract:
In the 0.15 Mt/a emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) production unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, through industrial trial production, the regulation law of bound styrene mass fraction in SBR 1586 and Mooney viscosity was verified, the coagulation drying process was optimized and the on-line switching technology was developed. The results showed that in industrial trial production, when using the optimized technology, the mass fraction of bound styrene in SBR 1586 was 40.5% at butadiene/styrene (mass ratio) of 53∶47. When the dosage of regulator tert-dodecyl mercaptan was 15.0-15.5 phr (mass), the Mooney viscosity of the product was controlled at 61.0-63.0. Compared with SBR 1500 E, the average mass fraction of bound styrene in SBR 1586 increased by 17.0 percentage points, the average Mooney viscosity increased by 9.8 units, the 300% tensile stress increased significantly, the elongation at break decreased, and the mass fraction of volatile matter increased slightly.
