摘要:
对过热蒸汽循环干燥-蒸发湿分回收技术的工艺特点和核心设备进行了介绍,并与传统开路空气干燥技术进行了对比。结果表明:以年产600 t的氟硅酸钠装置为例,与传统开路空气干燥技术相比,采用过热蒸汽循环干燥-蒸发湿分回收技术后,蒸汽、冷却水的消耗量分别减少了2 217,7 499 kg/h,固定成本投资减少了72万元。
Abstract:
Technical characteristics and core equipment of moisture recovery technology of superheated steam cycle drying-vaporization were introduced and compared with the conventional open circuit air drying technology. The results showed that in a 600 t/a sodium fluosilicate unit, compared with the conventional open circuit air drying technology, when adopting moisture recovery technology of superheated steam cycle drying-vaporization, the consumption of steam and cooling water had been decreased by 2 217,7 499 kg/h, and the fixed cost had been reduced by 0.72 millon yuan.
