摘要:
以石蜡基和中间基混合原油的减压渣油为原料,利用丙烷脱沥青装置制得的轻脱沥青油,经糠醛抽提、酮苯脱蜡和补充精制工艺,可生产光亮油和微晶蜡。结果表明:轻脱沥青油的运动黏度(100 ℃)应不低于24 mm2/s,色度不高于6.5号,残炭质量分数不高于1.5%;生产的光亮油牌号为HVI 150 BS,除色度外的其他性能均可满足Q/PBR 0008—2021要求;生产的微晶蜡牌号为80 B#,其主要性能可达到SH/T 0013—2019要求。
Abstract:
Light deasphalting oil was prepared by propane deasphalting unit with the residual oil of paraffin-based and intermediate blended crude oil as raw material. By furfural extraction, ketone benzene dewaxing and supplementary refining process, bright oil and microcrystalline wax were produced.The results showed that the motion viscosity (100 ℃) of the light deasphalt oil should not be less than 24 mm2/s, the chroma should not be higher than 6.5, and the mass fraction of carbon residue should not be higher than 1.5%. The brand of the produced bright oil was HVI 150 BS, and its performance could meet the requirements of Q/PBR 0008 — 2021 except for chroma. The brand of the produced microcrystalline wax was 80 B #, and its main performance could meet the requirements of SH/T 0013 — 2019.
