采用抗冲聚丙烯和Zn系无机抗菌剂KJZ-Zn,经熔融共混制备出抗菌聚丙烯,研究了所得抗菌聚丙烯的热力学性能、力学性能、抗菌性能及其抗菌持久性的影响因素。结果表明:添加KJZ-Zn无机抗菌剂,对聚丙烯制品的热力学性能及力学性能变化均无明显的影响;当KJZ-Zn抗菌剂添加质量分数为0.3%时,经母料添加法所制备的抗菌聚丙烯,不仅加工经济性能较好,而且对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌的抗细菌率均大于98.0%,抗菌性能不低于Ⅱ级;为保证其抗菌性能的持久性,在使用时,既不要长时间浸泡于水中,又要尽量减少清洗次数。

Antibacterial polypropylene was prepared by melt blending of impact resistant polypropylene and KJZ-Zn in the Zn based inorganic antibacterial agent. The factors affecting the thermodynamic properties,mechanical properties, antibacterial properties,and antibacterial durability of the obtained antibacterial polypropylene were studied. The results showed that the addition of KJZ-Zn inorganic antibacterial agent had no significant impact on the thermodynamic and mechanical properties of polypropylene products. When the mass fraction of antibacterial agent added to KJZ-Zn was 0.3%,the antibacterial polypropylene prepared by the master batch addition method not only had the better economic processing performance,but also had the antibacterial rate of more than 98.0% against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,with the antibacterial performance of no less than Ⅱ Level. To ensure the durability of its antibacterial properties,it was necessary not only don′t to immerse it in water for a long time,but also to minimize the cleaning frequency when using.
