以基础油、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)和石油树脂C9为原料,以乙酸乙酯和溶剂油为复合溶剂,制备了喷洒型彩色沥青,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明:当SBS和石油树脂C9加入质量分数分别为9%,45%时,制备的机动车道用70号彩色沥青可满足GB/T 32984—2016要求;当乙酸乙酯和溶剂油溶剂质量比为1∶9,配制溶液中彩色沥青质量分数为50%,白云石粉加入质量分数为50%时,制备的喷洒型彩色沥青黏度小于1.0 Pa·s,干燥时间短于60 min,且具有良好的黏结性、耐磨性、不透水性和低温柔性,可达到易喷洒、短期开放交通的效果。

A sprayed colored asphalt was prepared with base oil, styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS), and petroleum resin C9 as raw materials, ethyl acetate and solvent oil as composite solvents, and its performance was evaluated. The results showed that when the mass fraction of SBS was 9% and the mass fraction of petroleum resin was 45%, the prepared colored asphalt could meet the requirements of GB/T 32984—2016 . When the mass ratio of ethyl acetate to solvent oil was 1∶9, the concentration of colored asphalt solution was 50%, and the mass fraction of dolomite powder was 50%, the viscosity of the prepared sprayed colored asphalt was less than 1.0 Pa·s, and the surface drying time was shorter than 60 min. The sprayed colored asphalt had good adhesion, abrasive resistance, impermeability, and low temperature flexibility, which could achieve the effect of easy spraying and short-term open traffic.
