摘要:
评价了中国石油石油化工研究院研发的挥发性有机物催化氧化催化剂的性能,并在某石化公司污水处理厂考察了其工业应用情况。结果表明:自研催化剂活性组分涂层脱落率仅为0.19%;在反应温度低于200 ℃时,自研催化剂的C6H6转化率为50%和90%时的反应温度分别为155,176 ℃,高于进口催化剂的;在反应温度为252~451 ℃,体积空速为9 000~13 000 h-1,催化氧化装置进口废气中非甲烷总烃(NMHC)质量浓度为27~1 300 mg/m3,C6H6质量浓度为10~1 000 mg/m3的条件下,在100 d长周期工业运行过程中,NMHC去除率稳定在97%以上,C6H6去除率稳定在99%以上。
Abstract:
The performance of catalytic oxidation catalyst for volatile organic compounds developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina was evaluated, and its industrial application was investigated in a wastewater treatment plant of a petrochemical company.The results showed that the coating detachment rate of the active component of the self-developed catalyst was only 0.19%. When the reaction temperature was below 200 ℃, the reaction temperatures for the self-developed catalyst with 50% and 90% conversion rates of C6H6 were 155,176 ℃ respectively, which were higher than that of the imported catalyst. Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 252-451 ℃, volume space velocity of 9 000-13 000 h-1, mass concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) in the inlet exhaust gas of the catalytic oxidation device of 27-1 300 mg/m3, and mass concentration of C6H6 of 10-1 000 mg/m3, the NMHC removal rate remained stable at over 97% and C6H6 removal rate remained stable at over 99% during a 100 d long cycle industrial operation.
