摘要:
高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)专用树脂小中空吹塑制品出现凝胶点是制约其产品质量提高的关键问题,采用偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、凝胶色谱仪、红外光谱仪等仪器分析了小中空HDPE专用树脂挤出吹塑瓶(主要是1~5 L机油瓶、防冻液瓶)中的凝胶点,并提出改进措施。结果表明:HDPE专用树脂中加了色母粒的灰色吹塑制品凝胶点瑕疵率比较高,是由于TiO2分散性不良形成团聚体,使HDPE在挤出过程中局部拉伸不均匀,导致产生灰色凝胶点;建议选择适宜的色母粒,保障TiO2分散均匀,从而提高小中空专用树脂吹塑制品产品质量。
Abstract:
The gel spot of small hollow blow molded products by high density polyethylene (HDPE) special resin was a key problem that restricted the improvement of product quality. The gel spots in small hollow HDPE special resin extrusion blow molded bottles (mainly 1-5 L machine oil bottles and antifreeze bottles) were analyzed by polarizing microscope, differential scanning calorimeter, gel chromatograph, infrared spectrometer and other instruments, and improvement measures were proposed. The results showed that the gray blow molded products with color masterbatch added in HDPE special resin had high defect rate of gel spots, which was due to the poor dispersion of TiO2 to form aggregates, which led to uneven local stretching of HDPE in the extrusion process, resulting in gray gel spots. It was recommended to choose appropriate color masterbatch to ensure uniform dispersion of TiO2, thereby improving the quality of small hollow special resin blow molded products.
