摘要:
采用管式40 L型固定流化床小试装置,考察了反应条件对A型专用催化剂作用下的轻烃原料催化裂解制低碳烯烃(在此指乙烯、丙烯,简称双烯)反应的影响。结果表明:轻烃原料催化裂解制低碳烯烃的反应是以催化为主体、热裂解为辅的反应过程,专用催化剂的活性位及其处理能力是影响其目标产物组成的关键,C4组分的二次裂解影响目标产物中的双烯收率及乙烯/丙烯摩尔比;反应条件对A型专用催化剂作用下的轻烃催化裂解原料转化率及双烯收率的影响作用从强到弱排序为:反应温度、液时质量空速、反应压力、水油比(去离子水与轻烃原料的质量比);在反应温度为675 ℃、液时质量空速为0.54 h-1、反应压力为0.08 MPa、水油质量比为0.2的优化反应条件下,轻烃原料转化率达91.99%,双烯收率达56.72%,乙烯/丙烯摩尔比达0.69。
Abstract:
The effect of reaction conditions on the catalytic cracking performance of light hydrocarbon feedstock to produce low-carbon olefins (Here refered to ethylene,propylene) under the action of A-type exclusive catalyst was investigated by using a 40 L tubular type fixed fluidized bed catalytic cracking pilot device. The results showed that the reaction process of catalytic cracking of light hydrocarbon feedstock to produce low-carbon olefins was a reaction process dominated by catalysis and supplemented by thermal cracking. The active sites and processing capacity of this exclusive catalyst were the key factors affecting its target products composition. The secondary cracking of C4 components affected the yields of (ethylene + propylene) and the ethylene/propylene molar ratio in the target products.The effect of reaction conditions on the conversion rate of light hydrocarbon catalytic cracking feedstock and the yields of (ethylene + propylene)under the action of A-type exclusive catalyst ranked from strong to weak as follows: reaction temperature,liquid hourly mass space velocity,reaction pressure,and water/oil ratio(mass ratio of deionized water to light hydrocarbon feedstock).Under the optimized reaction conditions of reaction temperature at 675 ℃,liquid mass space velocity at 0.54 h-1, reaction pressure at 0.08 MPa,and water/oil mass ratio at 0.2,the conversion rate of light hydrocarbon feedstock could reach 91.99%,the yields of (ethylene + propylene) were up to 56.72%,and the molar ratio of ethylene to propylene reached 0.69.
