响应国Ⅵ B汽油产品调和组分质量升级要求,中海石油中捷石化有限公司120万t/a 重油催化裂化(RFCC)装置于2023年10月开始加注中国石油兰州化工研究中心开发的LC-6型降汽油烯烃催化剂。结果表明: 使用LC-6型降汽油烯烃催化剂后,该装置RFCC汽油的烯烃体积分数由31%~34%降至26%~29%,满足国Ⅵ B汽油产品调和组分质量升级要求,保障了出厂汽油成品达标合格(烯烃体积分数不大于15%);与空白标定期相比,在LC-6型降汽油烯烃催化剂单耗降低至1.21 kg /t及加工原料为劣质高金属重油的工况下,该RFCC装置的干气、液化气、汽油、油浆、总液体收率分别下降了0.29,0.24,1.90,0.49,0.14个百分点,而焦炭、柴油收率分别增加了0.43,2.49个百分点;同时,使RFCC汽油的烯烃体积分数下降了5个百分点,液化气中的丙烯体积分数提高了1.29个百分点。

In response to the quality upgrade requirements of blending components of National Ⅵ B gasoline products,the 1.2 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking (RFCC) unit of CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemical Co Ltd began to add the LC-6 type gasoline olefins reduction catalyst since October,2023,which developed by Lanzhou Chemical Research Center,PetroChina. The results showed that after using the LC-6 type gasoline olefins reduction catalyst,the volume fraction of olefins in RFCC gasoline reduced from 31% - 34% to 26% - 29%,and met the quality upgrade requirements of blending components of National Ⅵ B gasoline products and ensured the finished ex-factory gasoline products up to standard (its volume fraction of olefins not more than 15%). Compared with the blank calibration period,under the condition that the unit consumption of the LC-6 type gasoline olefins reduction catalyst reduced to 1.21 kg/t and the processing raw material was inferior heavy oil with high metal content,then the yields of dry gas,liquefied gas,gasoline,slurry and total liquid of this above RFCC unit decreased by 0.29,0.24,1.90,0.49and 0.14 percentage points,respectively. However, the yields of coke and diesel increased by 0.43 and 2.49 percentage points,respectively. Meanwhile,the volume fraction of olefins in RFCC gasoline reduced by 5 percentage points,and the volume fraction of propylene in liquefied gas increased by 1.29 percentage points.
