通过引入不同质量分数的固体强酸组分对CrOx /VOx /SiO2催化剂的载体进行SO42-改性,利用扫描电子显微镜、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪和物理吸附仪等对改性前后的催化剂进行表征,考察了不同n(Al)/n(Cr)和聚合温度对改性前后催化剂性能的影响,并对聚合产物进行了分析。结果表明:经SO42-改性后,催化剂的Cr,V元素实际负载量(质量分数)与理论负载量基本一致,但S元素实际负载量偏低,只有理论负载量的30%~60%;最佳的n(Al)/n(Cr)在85~95;最佳聚合温度均为75 ℃;且合成的聚乙烯产品均属于双峰聚乙烯。

The support of CrOx /VOx /SiO2 catalyst was modified by SO42- by introducing different mass fractions of solid strong acid components. The catalysts before and after modification were characterized by scanning electron microscope, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and physical adsorption instrument. The effects of different n(Al)/n(Cr) and polymerization temperature on the performance of the catalysts before and after modification were investigated, and the polymerization products were analyzed. The results showed that after SO42-modification, the actual Cr and V element loadings (mass fraction) of the catalyst were basically consistent with the theoretical loading, but the actual S element loading was low, only 30%-60% of the theoretical loading. The optimum n(Al)/n(Cr) was in the range of 85-95. The optimum polymerization temperature was 75 ℃. The synthesized polyethylene products belonged to bimodal polyethylene.
