对中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司1-丁烯装置开工后醚化单元出现1-丁烯损失率升高的原因进行了分析,并采取了相应的改进措施。结果表明:甲醇与异丁烯摩尔比(以下简称醇烯比)过低,甲醇进料位置不合理,导致醚化过程副反应增加,1-丁烯异构成2-丁烯,异丁烯自聚及生成其他副产物是1-丁烯损失率增加及甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)质量不合格的主要原因;通过采取调整醇烯比,改变催化蒸馏塔甲醇进料位置,平稳操作压力等有效措施,将1-丁烯损失率由57.66%下降至2.28%,且提高了1-丁烯产品的产量。

The reasons for the increase of 1-butene loss rate in etherification unit after the start-up of 1-butene unit of Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd of CNOOC were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were taken. The results showed that the low molar ratio of methanol to isobutene (hereinafter referred to as the ratio of alcohol to olefin) and the unreasonable feed position of methanol led to the increase of side reactions in the etherification process. 1-butene isomerized to 2-butene, and the self-polymerization of isobutene and the formation of other by-products were the main reasons for the increase of 1-butene loss rate and the unqualified quality of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE). By taking effective measures such as adjusting the ratio of alcohol to olefin, changing the methanol feed position of the catalytic distillation column, and stabilizing the operating pressure, the 1-butene loss rate was reduced from 57.66% to 2.28%, and the yield of 1-butene products was increased.
