对中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司以富含2-丁烯的醚后C4为原料,采用2-丁烯双键异构化制1-丁烯技术建成的6 万t/a 1-丁烯装置的运行情况进行了分析。结果表明:采用2-丁烯双键异构化技术后,在异构化反应器C4进料量为36.9 t/h,反应温度为260~350 ℃,反应压力为0.3~0.5 MPa的条件下,2-丁烯转化率达到17.93%,1-丁烯收率和选择性分别为17.77%, 99.11%;与未采用2-丁烯双键异构化的工况相比,采用2-丁烯双键异构化技术后,装置1-丁烯收率增加了16.81个百分点,能耗降低了951.96 MJ/t。

The operation conditions of a 60 kt/a 1-butene unit of Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,which were built by using 2-butene double bond isomization technology to produce 1-butene from 2-butene post-ether C4 as the raw material,were analyzed. The results showed that after 2-butene double bond isomerization technology was adopted, under the conditions of C4 36.9 t/h, reaction temperature 260-350 ℃ and reaction pressure 0.3-0.5 MPa, the conversion rate of 2-butene reached 17.93%, and the yield and selectivity of 1-butene were 17.77% and 99.11%, respectively. Compared with the condition without 2-butene double bond isomerization, the 1-butene yield increased by 16.81 percentage points and the unit energy consumption decreased by 951.96 MJ/t after 2-butene double bond isomerization.
