摘要:
通过氯化剂种类的筛选,以及对活性组分Pt和引入第2金属组分Zr 添加质量分数的考察,制备出适于C5,C6烷烃低温异构化的高活性Pt/Cl-Al2O3催化剂,并在10 mL小型试验装置中,对上述制备的该催化剂性能与反应工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:采用无水氯化铝制备的Pt/Cl-Al2O3催化剂对C5,C6烷烃的异构化率分别为64.58%,78.64%,C1~C4裂化产物收率为0.65%,综合性能较佳;Pt/Cl-Al2O3催化剂的异构化性能随着Pt质量分数的增大而提高,且随着第2金属组分Zr质量分数的增大,呈现先增加后降低的趋势;在确保该催化剂性能前提下,Pt与Zr添加质量分数分别以0.24%,0.2%为最佳。在反应温度为130 ℃,反应压力为1.0 MPa,体积空速为1.5 h-1,氢气/烃(摩尔比)为0.1的最佳条件下,制备的Pt/Cl-Al2O3催化剂对C5,C6烷烃的异构化率分别为78.64%,88.34%,液体收率为96.41%。
Abstract:
A high activity Pt/Cl-Al2O3 catalyst suitable for low temperature isomerization of C5 and C6 alkanes was developed and prepared by the selection of chlorination agents and the investigation of the adding mass fraction dosage of active component Pt and the introduced second metallic component Zr. Then the performance and reaction process conditions for the above prepared catalysts were investigated and optimized in a 10 mL small-scale test device. The results showed that the C5 and C6 alkanes isomerization rate of the Pt/Cl-Al2O3 catalyst above prepared with anhydrous aluminum chloride was 64.58% and 78.64% respectively, and the yield of C1-C4 cracking products was 0.65%, and its comprehensive performance was better. And the isomerization performance of this catalyst increased with the increase of Pt′s mass fraction, however with the increase of the second metal component Zr′s mass fraction, it showed a trend of firsty increasing and then decreasing. On the premise of ensuring the isomerization performance of the catalyst, the recommended adding mass fraction of Pt and Zr was 0.24% and 0.2%, respectively. Under the optimal conditions of reaction temperature at 130 ℃, reaction pressure at 1.0 MPa, volume space velocity at 1.5 h-1, molar ratio of hydrogen to hydrocarbon at 0.1, this Pt/Cl-Al2O3 catalyst on the isomerization rate of C5, C6 alkanes was 78.64% and 88.34% respectively, and the liquid yield was 96.41%.
