摘要:
对比了缠绕管换热器与板壳式换热器的结构特点,并对连续重整装置进料换热器由板壳式换热器更换为缠绕管换热器后的运行状况进行了分析。结果表明:2种换热器运行1 a后,在重整装置处理量接近的工况下,与板壳式换热器相比,缠绕管换热器的热端温差降低13.6 ℃,换热器总压差降低15.2 kPa,第1反应器燃料气消耗量降低0.90 t/h,3.5 MPa蒸汽消耗量降低15.41 t/h。
Abstract:
Structure characteristics of shell-and-plate heat exchanger and coiled pipe heat exchanger were compared, and operation conditions of a continuous catalytic reforming unit of which the feed heat exchanger had been changed from shell-and-plate heat exchanger to coiled pipe heat exchanger were analyzed. The results showed that after both types of heat exchanger was running for 1 a under the same working condition,compared to shell-and-plate heat exchanger,the differential temperature and heat differential pressure of coiled pipe heat exchanger had decreased 13.6 ℃ and 15.2 kPa respectively, and consumption of fuel gas and 3.5 MPa steam had reduced by 0.90 and 15.41 t/h respectively.
