分析了乙烯装置加工改质柴油的可行性及大比例加工改质柴油对乙烯装置的影响。结果表明:采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院中压加氢技术对直馏柴油改质后,其含硫量、芳烃质量分数及芳烃指数均明显下降,链烷烃、环烷烃质量分数增大,裂解性能得到较大改善,可作为乙烯裂解原料;重油炉和轻油炉均能裂解改质柴油,利用现有的蒸汽裂解装置加工改质柴油是可行的;加工改质柴油后,乙烯装置裂解产物中液相产物收率升高,气相产物收率下降,燃料气单耗和装置能耗均增加。

The feasibility of processing modified diesel oil on ethylene plant and the influence of processing modified diesel oil with large proportion on ethylene plant were analyzed. The results showed that after upgrading the straight-run diesel oil by the medium-pressure hydrogenation technology of Petrochemical Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC,the sulfur content,the mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatics index had decreased significantly, the mass fraction of alkane and cycloalkane had increased, and the cracking performance had been improved greatly, which could be used as ethylene cracking raw material. Both heavy oil furnace and light oil furnace could crack modified diesel oil, which showed it was feasible to process modified diesel oil with existing steam cracking unit. After processing modified diesel, the yield of liquid product had increased, while the yield of gas product had decreased, both the unit′s consumption of fuel gas and the energy consumption of unit had increased.
