摘要:
陕西延长石油集团炼化公司延安石油化工厂,结合其20万t/a聚丙烯装置实际,自主开发出了一种多回路冷凝装置尾气的回收工艺技术,并成功工业化应用于该装置的3路丙烯尾气的冷凝回收系统。近5年的运行结果表明:经多种措施及操作优化后,该3路冷凝丙烯尾气回收系统,不仅实现了长周期连续平稳、安全运行,还可有效回收丙烯、丙烷分别约为2 660,140 t/a。
Abstract:
Yan′an Petrochemical Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Refining and Chemical Company,combined with the practice of its 200 kt/a polypropylene plant,and independently developed the multi-loop condensing tail gas recovery process technology,and the technology was successfully applied in the 3-way condensation recovery system of the propylene tail gas of this plant. The operating results of the past 5 a indicated that,after the various measures and operational optimizations,the 3-way condensing propylene tail gas recovery system not only achieved long-term stable and safe operation,but also effectively recovered approximately 2 660,140 t/a of propylene and propane,respectively,which could provide reference for the resource recovery and reuse of tail gas in similar plant.
