摘要:
对盘锦浩业化工有限公司100 万t/a延迟焦化装置进行了能耗分析,并从余热利用和设备改造的角度提出了节能优化措施。结果表明:通过采取焦化柴油与溶剂再生塔热联合,焦化产品热出料,高温管道保温优化,富气压缩机改为电驱动的节能优化措施后,可节省水1 223.447 t/h,蒸汽10.753 t/h,燃料气21.4 m3/h,CO2减排量可达3.36 万t/a。
Abstract:
The energy consumption of 1 Mt/a delayed coking unit of Panjin Haoye Chemical Co Ltd was analyzed , and energy-saving optimization measures were proposed from the perspective of waste heat utilization and equipment transformation. The results showed that by adopting the thermal combination of coking diesel and solvent regeneration tower, the thermal discharge of coking products, the optimization of high-temperature pipeline insulation and the energy-saving optimization measures of replacing the rich gas compressor with electric drive, the water, steam and fuel gas could be saved by 1 223.447 t/h, 10.753 t/h, 21.4 m3/h, and the CO2 emission reduction could reach 33.6 kt/a.
