利用稳态流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ,对中海石油惠州石化有限公司14万t/a丙烯酸装置主要工艺流程进行了系统地模拟计算,介绍了软件建模的热力学方法选择、主要单元中重要设备的模块选择、工艺建模过程及其参数设置,并利用所建模型对急冷吸收单元进行了部分优化。结果表明:PRO/Ⅱ软件能很好地模拟丙烯酸装置工艺,模拟值和设计值吻合度较高;为保证尾气中丙烯酸质量分数小于0.02%,急冷塔冷却器出口温度应控制在50 ℃;为确保丙烯酸水溶液的浓度要求和操作平稳性,反应冷却器出口温度应控制在205 ℃。

Simulation calculation was systematically conducted on the 140 kt/a acrylic acid unit of Huizhou Petrochemical Co Ltd of CNOOC for the main process flow using steady-state process simulation software PRO/II. The thermodynamic method selection for software modeling, the selection of important equipment modules in the main units, the process modeling process and its main settings were introduced, and partial optimization of the quench absorption unit was carried out using the established model. The results showed that PRO/II software could effectively simulate the processes of acrylic acid plant, and the simulation values were in good agreement with the design values. In order to ensure that the mass fraction of acrylic acid in the exhaust gas was less than 0.02%, the outlet temperature of the quench tower cooler would be controlled at 50 ℃. In order to ensure the concentration requirements and smooth operation of acrylic acid aqueous solution, the outlet temperature of the reaction cooler would be controlled at 205 ℃.
