摘要:
针对近年来市场纯苯价格高于对二甲苯和甲苯的情形,中国石油辽阳石化公司利用芳烃/甲苯歧化技术,采用新型分子筛配合金属活性组分为原料,开发了新型高产苯的歧化催化剂LYT-1,适用于歧化原料为纯甲苯或传统歧化原料m(甲苯)∶m(C≥9芳烃)为9.0的工况,并首次工业化应用于48万t/a歧化装置。运行标定结果表明:在反应温度370 ℃、反应压力2.50 MPa、n(氢气)∶n(芳烃)为4、质量空速2.5 h-1、歧化原料m(甲苯)∶m(C≥9芳烃)为9.0工况下,新型LYT-1催化剂的适应性及运行稳定性较好,其甲苯转化率、苯产物选择性均值分别为51.19%,42.20%;相较于该装置在用的BHAT-1型传统歧化催化剂,其甲苯转化率、苯产物选择性分别提高了9.15,2.11个百分点。
Abstract:
In response to the situation that the price of pure benzene in the market was higher than that of p-xylene and toluene in recent years, Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, PetroChina developed a new disproportionation catalyst LYT-1 to produce benzene with high yield by using the aromatics/toluene disproportionation technology and the new molecular sieves combined with metal active components as raw materials. This new catalyst was suitable for the raw material conditions of the pure toluene or the traditional disproportionation under the mass ratio of toluene to C≥ 9 aromatics at 9.0,and it was put into the first industrial application in the 480 kt/a disproportionation unit. The calibration results showed that the new LYT-1 catalyst had the good adaptability and operational stability under the operation conditions of the reaction temperature at 370 ℃,the reaction pressure at 2.50 MPa,the molar ratio of hydrogen to aromatics at 4,the mass space velocity at 2.5 h-1,and the disproportionation raw material of m (toluene)/m(C≥ 9 aromatics) at 9.0,the toluene conversion rate and benzene product selectivity were 51.19%,42.20% in average respectively. Compared to the traditional disproportionation catalyst BHAT-1 used in this above same unit,its toluene conversion rate and benzene selectivity increased by 9.15,2.11 percentage points, respectively.
