对丙烷脱氢装置选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂床层压降升高的原因进行了分析,并提出应对措施。结果表明:引起SCR脱硝催化剂床层压降升高的主要原因是上游设备内保温材料脱落,脱氢催化剂粉尘或铁锈在SCR催化剂模块内的堆积,以及催化剂模块内部堵塞;通过采取对丙烷脱氢装置再生烟气蒸汽发生器内保温材料进行改造,SCR脱硝催化剂进行结构优化,上游脱氢反应器进行粉尘吹扫,SCR催化剂模块彻底清灰等措施,SCR脱硝催化剂床层压降可长期保持在1.5~1.7 kPa。

The reasons of the pressure drop increase of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) de-NOx catalyst bed in propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that the main reasons for the pressure drop increase of SCR de-NOx catalyst bed were the shedding of internal insulation materials in upstream unit and the accumulation of dehydrogenation catalyst dust or rust in SCR catalyst module. The pressure drop of SCR de-NOx catalyst bed could be kept at 1.5-1.7 kPa for a long time by revamping the internal insulation of regeneration flue gas steam generator, optimizing the structure of SCR de-NOx catalyst, purging the upstream dehydrogenation reactor to remove dust and thoroughly cleaning the SCR catalyst module.
