介绍了大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司1.5 Mt/a连续重整装置降低重整汽油终馏点的二甲苯塔侧线气相抽出技术改造情况。结果表明:技术改造后,重整汽油的终馏点降低了约40 ℃,研究法辛烷值均值保持在101.0左右,有效提升了装置调和汽油的品质及比例,使催化汽油收率提高了2个百分点;该技术改造既没影响二甲苯塔的分馏精度,也未增加二甲苯组分的损失量,还使二甲苯塔进料温度提高了20 ℃,装置总能耗较技改前降低了366.40 MJ/h。

The technical modification of side-line gas phase extraction in the xylene tower to reduce the final distillation point of the reformed gasoline of the 1.5 Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit in Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co Ltd was introduced. The results showed that the final distillation point of the gasoline reduced by about 40 ℃,and the average research octane number(RON) kept up at about 101.0,which effectively enhanced the quality and proportion of the reformed gasoline,and increased the yield of the catalytic gasoline by 2 percentage points. The technical modification neither affected the fractionation accuracy of xylene tower,nor increased the loss of xylene component. Moreover,the feed temperature of xylene tower increased by 20 ℃,and the total energy consumption of the unit reduced by 366.40 MJ/h, compared with that before the technical modification.
