在中国石油兰州化工研究中心灵活模式型提升管中试装置上,模拟中国石油玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂两段提升管工艺,考察了催化轻汽油回炼对产物分布、液化气及汽油产品质量的影响。结果表明:二段重油原料中回炼轻汽油后,汽油、轻油和总液体收率均增加;液化气收率随回炼轻汽油质量分数的增加,呈先上升后下降的趋势,当轻汽油质量分数为10%时,液化气收率最高,为17.42%。二段重油原料中回炼轻汽油后,液化气中丙烯质量分数增加;随着轻汽油质量分数的增加,丙烯质量分数呈先增加后降低的趋势,当轻汽油质量分数为10%时,丙烯和丁烯质量分数最高;与未回炼轻汽油相比,回炼轻汽油质量分数为10%时,汽油产品中异构烷烃、烯烃体积分数分别增加了3.65,1.51个百分点,芳烃体积分数降低了5.13个百分点,研究法辛烷值增加了0.11个单位。

A two-stage riser process of Yumen Oilfield Company,PetroChina,was simulated to investigate the effects of catalytic light gasoline recycling on product distribution, the quality of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) and gasoline on the flexible riser in the pilot plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center, PetroChina. The results showed that the yield of gasoline, light oil, and total liquid increased after the light gasoline was recycled from the second stage heavy oil feedstock; the yield of LPG increased first, then decreased. When the mass fraction of light gasoline was 10%, the yield of LPG was the highest(17.42%). After recycling light gasoline from the second stage, the propylene yield increased.When the mass fraction of light gasoline increased, the mass fraction of propylene increased first and then decreased. When the mass fraction of light gasoline was 10%, propylene and butene yield were the highest. Compared with the unrecycled light gasoline, when the mass fraction of the recycle light gasoline was 10%, the volume fractions of isoalkanes and olefins in gasoline products increased by 3.65 and 1.51 percentage points, respectively, while the volume fraction of aromatics decreased by 5.13 percentage points, and research octane number increased by 0.11 units.
