在中国石油云南石化有限公司催化重整联合装置上,通过调整石脑油加氢及芳烃抽提装置工艺参数,生产出戊烷发泡剂和甲苯产品。结果表明:在石脑油加氢汽提塔塔顶回流量为70 t/h,塔底温度为197 ℃,塔顶温度为108 ℃;分馏塔塔顶回流量为90 t/h,塔底温度为158 ℃,塔顶温度为81 ℃的工艺条件下,可生产满足GB/T 22053—2020要求的戊烷发泡剂。在脱己烷塔回流量为70 t/h,塔底温度为163 ℃,灵敏板温度为102 ℃;C6加氢单元氢气/原料油(体积比)为270,反应器入口温度为126 ℃;抽提蒸馏塔回流量为14 t/h,塔顶温度为84.4 ℃,溶剂比为3.0;溶剂回收塔回流量为8 t/h,塔顶温度为64.1 ℃,汽提蒸汽流量为1.6 t/h;苯塔回流量为28 t/h,塔底温度为132.8 ℃,将第50层塔板作为甲苯质量灵敏塔板的条件下,实现了单苯抽提同时生产苯和甲苯,甲苯产品可满足GB/T 3406—2010中甲苯Ⅰ号标准要求。

Pentane foaming agent and toluene were produced by adjusting process parameters of naphtha hydrogenation unit and aromatics extraction unit on the catalytic reforming complex unit of Yunnan Petrochemical Co Ltd, PetroChina. The results showed that under the process conditions where the top reflux of naphtha stripper was 70 t/h with the bottom temperature of 197 ℃ and the top temperature of 108 ℃, and the reflux of naphtha fractionator was 90 t/h with the bottom temperature of 158 ℃ and the top temperature of 81 ℃, the production of pentane foaming agent could meet the requirements of GB/T 22053—2020.Under the conditions where the reflux of dehexane tower was 70 t/h with the bottom temperature of 163 ℃ and the sensitive plate temperature of 102 ℃; the hydrogen of C6 unit /oil(volume ratio) was 270; the reactor inlet temperature was 126 ℃; the reflux of extraction distillation tower was 14 t/h with the top temperature of 84.4 ℃ and the solvent ratio of 3.0; the reflux of solvent recovery tower was 8 t/h with the top temperature was 64.1 ℃ and the stripping steam of 1.6 t/h; the reflux of benzene tower was 28 t/h with the bottom temperature of 132.8 ℃, and the 50th layer of tower plates was chosen as the sensitive plate for toluene quality control, benzene and toluene could be produced by single benzene extraction. Toluene product could meet the standard of GB/T 3406—2010 .
