摘要:
以水和正戊烷为发泡剂,开发出环保型聚氨酯硬泡组合聚醚,对水、正戊烷用量、乳化剂种类等进行了优化。结果表明:以棕榈油硬泡聚醚多元醇(棕榈油质量分数为25%~28%)为主体组分,加入少量高官能度聚醚多元醇,可提升泡沫压缩强度和尺寸稳定性;乳化剂OP-10可以改善该体系组合聚醚相容性,提高组合聚醚稳定性。在水用量为1.5份,加入乳化剂OP-10后,正戊烷用量可达到20份(质量分数为13.5%),可降低组合聚醚成本。
Abstract:
Using water and n-pentane as foaming agents, an environmentally friendly polyurethane rigid foam combined polyether was developed, and the amount of water, n-pentane and emulsifier were optimized. The results showed that the compressive strength and dimensional stability of the foam could be improved by using palm oil rigid foam polyether polyol(palm oil mass fraction 25%-28%) as the main component and adding a small amount of high functionality polyether polyol; emulsifier OP-10 could improve the miscibility and stability of the combined polyether of the system. When the water dosage was 1.5 parts and emulsifier OP-10 was added, the amount of n-pentane could reach 20 parts (mass fraction was 13.5%), which could reduce the cost of combined polyether.
