摘要:
对中国石化洛阳石化公司延迟焦化装置原料劣质化后,装置出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:当延迟焦化装置原料劣质化(残炭、胶质与沥青质的质量分数分别为27.85%,42.70%)时,会导致装置出现加热炉炉管结焦速率加快,表面温度上升,加热炉出口处管线结焦,焦炭塔石油焦硬度增加,塔底进料压力上升,产品液体收率降低等问题,通过采取将循环比上调至0.30,加热炉出口温度下调4 ℃,生焦周期减少4 h的优化操作,备用炉室注入蒸汽,回炼废润滑油等措施后,可有效解决上述问题。
Abstract:
The problems of delayed coking unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC,had been analyzed after the raw materials turned inferior, and the countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that when the raw materials of the delayed coking unit became inferior (the mass fraction of residual carbon, resin+asphaltene was 27.85% and 42.70% respectively), problems such as coking rate of the heating furnace tube accelerated,surface temperature increased , pipeline at the outlet of the heating furnace coking, hardness of petroleum coke in the coke tower increased, feed pressure at the bottom of the tower increased, and product liquid yield reduced had occrrred in the unit. The problems above could be effectively solved by optimizing the operation of increasing the circulation ratio by 0.30,decreasing the furnace outlet temperature by 4 ℃, reducing coking period by 4 h, injecting steam into the standby furnace chamber, and processing waste lubricating oil.
