在中国石化九江分公司20万t/a喷气燃料加氢精制装置上,于低压加氢条件下,考察了反应温度、分馏塔塔顶温度和轻污油外送量等工艺参数对喷气燃料含硫量、含氮量及腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为250 ℃时,喷气燃料能达到较好脱硫、脱氮效果;当塔顶温度为120 ℃,轻污油外送量占整个装置进料量的1.6%时,喷气燃料腐蚀性能稳定合格;从产品角度通过分析喷气燃料的初馏点能初步判断其腐蚀性能是否合格。
Abstract:
Focusing on the 200 kt/a jet fuel hydrotreating unit in Jiujiang Petrochemical Company of SINOPEC, the effects of reaction temperature, top temperature of distillation tower and light waste oil delivery on the sulfur content, nitrogen content and corrosion performance of jet fuel were investigated at low-pressure conditions. The results showed that jet fuel could achieve better desulfurization and denitrification performance at the reaction temperature of 250 ℃. When the tower top temperature was about 120 ℃, the light waste oil delivery volume reached 1.6% of the whole feed quantity, and the corrosion performance of jet fuel could be stable and qualified. The corrosion performance of jet fuel could be judged by the initial distillation degree preliminarily from the perspective of products.
